Well by definition I am sustainable. Having been in this industry for nearly 36 years ( PROLONGED), I find that I am constantly growing to meet the needs of the industry. (LASTING) My enthusiasm and zeal are without interruption or weakening.

Lead the design and development of 3D fashion products, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept through production.
Implement 3D modeling techniques using Browzwear to create digital prototypes, reducing development time and increasing early adoption.
Collaborate closely with design, development, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of digital assets into traditional manufacturing workflows.
Drive and create digital material textures and properties, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and sustainable fashion initiatives.
Manage design 3D creation for multiple collections per year, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital samples and final products.
Facilitate design reviews and team meetings, ensuring alignment between design vision and production capabilities.
Spearhead creative problem-solving sessions, resolving design and production challenges in high-pressure environments.
Foster cross-functional teamwork, driving collaboration between designers, engineers, and textile developers.
